Edinburgh Rock is the classic delicate fruit flavoured crumbly rock....certainly not the stuff sold in sticks at the Seaside! This traditional Scottish confection is so darn delicious and crumbly, you'll never want to have a different type of rock again!

Ingredients

Sugar, Citric Acid, Cream Of Tartar, Ground Ginger, Flavourings, Colours: (Lutein, Chlorophyllins, Anthocananins), Colouring, Foodstuff Safflower Extract. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Packed in a facility that handles products containing GLUTEN, PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, MILK, SOYA, EGG and products that contain SULPHUR DIOXIDE/SULPHITES.
